7. Two Current Pay Stubs
8. Lease/Rental Agreements
9. Divorce Decree (If applicable)
10. Credit Cards (Monthly Payments and Balances)
11. Signed Copy of the Sales Contract (If applicable)
12. Child Support and Child Care documentation (If applicable)
13. Bankruptcy Papers (If applicable)
14. Certificate of Eligibility & DD214 (VA Loans only)
